Amazon announced their Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA) program on November 16, 2021.

On November 16 Amazon announced CSBA Rewards – which offers Customer Service by Amazon for free or at discounted rates. More details regarding cost and eligibility can be found on the fees page.
As of now, the CSBA program is available on an invitation-only basis. If you are eligible, an email will be sent to your main email of your Seller Central account.
This program may be a good fit for Brands and Sellers who do not have a dedicated Customer Service team handling their inquiries, returns, and other Customer Service duties already - especially when it’s being offered at Free or Discounted rates.
