Amazon announced their Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA) program on November 16, 2021.

As of now, the CSBA program is available on an invitation-only basis. If you are eligible, an email will be sent to your main email of your Seller Central account.
This program may be a good fit for Brands and Sellers who do not have a dedicated Customer Service team handling their inquiries, returns, and other Customer Service duties already - especially when it’s being offered at Free or Discounted rates.
